Hello I purchased a Dell Latitude 7450 on offer up and when I tried to start it, it won’t let me get past the Microsoft account log in. After doing some research I found out that it has the Absolute software installed and activated. I tried reaching out to dell and Absolute but they will not help me. What plan do I need to buy in order to remove this software and be able to use my laptop?
