Thinkpad T14s Gen 2 (type 20XF, 20XG) Supervisor password

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T14s Gen 2, password locked. Lenovo website gives me this T14s Gen 2 (type 20XF, 20XG) Laptop (ThinkPad) - Type 20XG after putting in the serial number.
Processor: Ryzen 7 Pro
Board: HX3BC NM-D442 Rev. 1.0
Bios Chip: Winbond W25X40CL
Authentication Chip: Winbond W74M25JW - Not sure if this would have anything to do with it.

I got this laptop to tinker with and try to learn some new things. Well I learned a few new things, but not enough to go in and extract a bios file from a .FL1 file.
I do plan to erase the chip before putting a new bios file into it. But unsure of what all I need to do if it is possible. Unless nothing works. Or the work around is too difficult if there is one. I don't see a ThinkShield chip on the board. I also have the chip in a CH341A Programmer v1.7 set to 3.3v with a bios dump on my PC.

I decided to try asking a chip seller on ebay before trying here. They said patching the bios wouldn't work. But I am unsure if that was correct information.
