here it is, as suggested, I loaded the bios. I also attached in the zipper file a screenshort of the abnormal mac address and the problem I am experiencing with windows seven. And it appears that the vendor of the network card which is actually a qualcomm atheros is also unknown, if I change the mac address with the program change-mac-address-3-8-build-157.exe specifying ASUS as the vendor, the network card makes me connect to the network then to the internet. I would like to solve the root problem and that is to have the mac address detected its with the vendor it belongs to here whether it is "qualcomm atheros" or "asus".

Hi, so thank you for your helpful, but unfortunately the mac address anomaly remained despite reprogramming the bios chip and formatting from scratch with windows 7. I honestly don't know what to think anymore. I don't want to bother you again with my problem, but if you want to enlighten me on what you think it might be let me know.
