here i am writing small case study ..
after program bios if your laptop doesn't appear display then short jcmos1 jumper and press power on switch
now remove jumper and start again your laptop .. now first time dell laptop start 3 times on and off and after then it will give you regular display
may be first time display appear after some time , but after then it will work normally every time
