you may try to Extract HDR File from EXE in new DELL EXE
you also try to extract some bios Block From this HDR !!
yes this work perfect if there is no encryption or Compression in Extracted HDR File
once i go to this Thread where user ask for Bios

then i go and Extract HDR from Dell exe File
then i find All File Like this
then as you See File is Encrypted
so no way to extract this File again and remove compression from it
after i study this File i suscess to decrypt it and add this Function to LBE Software and am gonna make Video tutorial
for how to deal with such cases and get full bios image from it
and i will post link for video here
